Pub(lic) Theology is an open conversation group that gathers semi-monthly to discuss the many intersections of faith and life. You’re welcome to attend and encouraged to bring a friend! Recent conversations have focused around those many propositions that appear on our statewide ballots, Christian perspectives on war and the military and the purpose of prayer.
The next gathering of Public Theology takes place at the Fourth Bore Tap Room and Grill in Orinda’s Theater Square on June 6th. We’ll settle in at our table beginning at 7 p.m. and convene the conversation promptly at 7:30. (Plan to arrive before 7:30 if you anticipate ordering a meal.) The topic on the table is “Luther’s Ethics: What is the Right Thing to Do? What is the Lutheran Thing to Do?”
